Really Al Jourgensen? Really?

It was recently brought to my attention that Al Jourgensen has repeatedly said that he is ashamed of Ministry's first album With Sympathy. He said that the label, Arista, forced the band to have a synthpop sound.

I find that funny because that is the one and only Ministry album I like. As soon as they went the way of Industrial I was over it.

Coconut Bliss is right!

A Summer food staple of my childhood was ice cream. I remember going to Dairy Queen and getting a coffee shake, coffee cone, coffee get the point. I loved coffee ice cream. Ever since going vegan I have been on the lookout for a coffee "ice cream" that could satisfy my cravings. Most companies seem to make mocha fudge and can't just leave the wonderful coffee/espresso/mocha flavor by itself. All hope was lost until I discovered Coconut Bliss in Cappuccino.

SO GOOD. The best vegan coffee ice cream I have tried. Sadly, I haven't tried any other flavors because I can't stop buying Cappuccino. Did I mention that this "ice cream" is not only dairy free, but soy and gluten free? I didn't? Well it is! Do yourself a favor and run to Whole Foods to buy some right now!
